  • July 27th (10 am to 5 pm): Queen City Health & Wellness Expo at the Park Expo & Conference Center in Charlotte. This is an event for the entire family and is designed to help you get moving, take action and make the right choices becoming more fit mentally, physically and financially. Lake Norman Integrative Wellness& Wellness will be a participating vendor and Dr. Akiba Green will be a key speaker for the event. Admission is a donation of school supplies, which benefit local schools.
