I did not refrigerate my Therbiotic after I took it this morning like a dumby. I also did not receive my glutenflam yesterday. I have an appt. at 11am tomorrow. Should I take the Therbiotic like instructed? I have refrigerated now

I would like to do your program but am currently taking Deplin for MTHFR…does this go along with your program or will the supplements be contraindicated

The concept in our practice is to identify those metabolic factors or problems which are contributing to your symptoms and improve and support them through specific protocols of diet and supplementation.
